Maintenance Worker
Starting salary £18,869p.a.
We are seeking someone with a good, all round knowledge and experience of general maintenance work to join our maintenance team to help us with the upkeep and care of Julian Housing dispersed second stage housing for homeless people
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to plan routines and respond to unexpected maintenance problems
- Be able and willing to carry out a wide variety of tasks including decorating and some cleaning
- Be sensitive to the problems experienced by homeless people
We also offer good training, and flexible working times.
