I came to OxHoP as an Administrator, a job I had done previously in more commercial settings. Whilst here I developed an understanding and appreciation of the project, its aims and most importantly, its residents. It inspired me to completely change my career. I now work as a Project Worker and love coming to work and meeting lots of different and fascinating people, who all have a different journey behind them and ahead of them. I feel very lucky to be part of OxHoP.
